Since 2013, Tables To Order has manufactured the highest quality Tables and furniture. We have an exceptional team of craftsmen who have spent most of their lives working with wood. Our friendly workshop, equipped with world-class equipment, is located in Tokai (we moved from Diep River in May 2022), in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.
Ivan
Ivan founded Tables To Order in 2013. He is a master wood craftsman who has been working with wood for over 40 years. His father and grandfather were in forestry. His three brothers work in the wood industry too.
David 'Divah'
David is the workshop manager at Tables To Order. He is a multi-skilled craftsman who has been building things since he could read and write. Other than work, David enjoys spending time with his two children, and pumping iron on the weekends.
Patrick
Patrick has been working at Tables To Order for the last 8 years. He has been working with wood since he was 12 years old. He has one child, a boy called Anyway, who is nine years old. His dream is to one day own a carpentry workshop of his own.
Farai 'Fatso'
Farai’s dad was a carpenter, who taught him the trade as soon as he was able to use his hands. He enjoys spending time with his friends, playing and watching soccer. His favourite team is Manchester United.
Last
Last is the youngest member of the team. He always has a smile on his face. He comes from a family of carpenters. His dream is to build his mother a house in his village of Gokwe South Nemangwe. His favourite football team is Barcelona.
